Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Enrollment Cancellation

Cancellations can be requested at any time, but refund conditions depend on the timing of the request and the type of plan chosen.
 

1.1. Cancellation Before the Course Starts

  • Cancellations made up to 7 days before the course start date guarantee a 100% refund.

  • Cancellations made between 6 days and the course start date will incur a 10% administrative fee deducted from the amount paid.
     

1.2. Cancellation After the Course Starts

  • For Individual Plans:

    • If less than 25% of the course is completed: a proportional refund will be provided for the remaining classes, minus a 10% administrative fee based on the total amount.

    • If more than 25% of the course is completed: no refunds will be issued, but the student may complete the ongoing month.

  • For Group Plans:

    • After the course has started, no refunds will be issued. However, students will have access to recordings of the completed classes.

2. Procedures for Cancellation Requests

  • The student must submit a formal cancellation request in writing to the email info@escolakreea.com, including:

  • Full name.

  • Enrolled plan.

  • Reason for cancellation.

  • Supporting documentation, if applicable (e.g., medical certificate).

  • The processing time for the request is up to 10 business days.

3. Special Cases

  • In exceptional situations (such as illness, relocation, or force majeure), the policy will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Supporting documentation will be required.

4. Refunds

  • Once the refund is approved:

  • The amount will be returned using the same payment method used for enrollment (Pix, card, or bank slip).

  • The processing time is up to 10 business days after approval.

5. Rescheduling and Class Substitution

  • Individual Classes: Rescheduling is allowed with 24 hours' prior notice. Otherwise, the class will be considered as completed.

  • Group Classes: Rescheduling is not available. Students will have access to the class recording to catch up on missed content.

6. Plan Changes

  • If the student wishes to change plans during the course, the request must be made via email. The adjustment will take effect in the following month, and the amounts will be recalculated proportionally.
