• Enrollment will be confirmed upon completion of the registration form and payment of the first monthly fee.

• Each student will receive a confirmation email with access details for the classes and relevant information about the course.

• Monthly payments must be made by the 5th of each month.

• Accepted payment methods: Pix, credit/debit card, and bank slip.

• Delays exceeding 7 days are subject to a 2% late fee on the monthly fee amount, plus daily interest of 0.33%.

• Individual Classes: Students must provide 24 hours' notice if unable to attend a class. Otherwise, the class will be considered as completed.

• Group Classes: There are no make-up sessions. Absent students will have access to the class recording.

• The maximum allowed delay for joining a class is 15 minutes.

• Mutual respect between students and teachers is essential.

• Offensive comments, disrespectful, or discriminatory behavior will result in a warning and, in severe cases, the student’s removal without a refund.

• The use of appropriate language is required during classes and in the school's virtual environments.

• The materials provided by the school are for the exclusive use of the enrolled student.

• Unauthorized distribution or reproduction of the materials will result in legal penalties.

• Refer to our Cancellation and Refund Policy for more details on how to proceed in case of withdrawal or refund requests.

• Plan changes can be requested at any time and will take effect starting the following month.

• Any necessary price adjustments will be made proportionally.

• Students' personal data is collected and securely stored exclusively for administrative and educational purposes.

• We do not share information with third parties without the student's prior authorization.

• Escola Kreea provides a completion certificate for students who achieve at least 75% attendance and participate in the final assessment activities.
